SAFETY

  • Proper Technique: Form Blocking & Tackling 75% of practice time. Quality repetitions = Safer & more effective
  • Practice Organization: Drills designed to simulate game situations. Build skills & confidence. Contact mainly with Sleds, Bags & Shields.
  • Equipment: Highest-Rated for Safety on the market. Recertified each year. Continuous evaluation and upgrades.
  • Fitness & Conditioning: Developing strength, endurance, durability
  • Grade-based competition: Similar levels of physical development and experience (6th graders playing 6th graders)

WHY TACKLE FOOTBALL?
